Sam Houston State University is seeking a Student Employee-IT Engagement for IT Service Desk on the main campus. 15–26 hours per week at a $10.00 per hour rate, supporting internal and external clients via telephone, email, in person, remote and chat.
Responsibilities include prompt technical support, maintaining records, contributing to knowledge base, and assisting in service desk improvements. Must be a current SHSU student with at least 6 credit hours and a 2.5+ GPA.
