Huntsville Memorial Hospital is seeking a Lead House Supervisor to oversee shift staffing and ensure safe patient care. You will train and supervise House Supervisors, allocate nursing staff, and serve as a key administrative resource for staff, physicians, patients and families.
The role requires BSN, Texas RN licensure, and strong leadership abilities; BLS is required within 60 days, ACLS/STABLE within 90 days; 3+ years of nursing experience with Charge RN preferred.
