Property Manager

Waller Group Property Management is looking for a property manager to be responsible

Seeking On Sight Property Manager for the direct management oversight of community in Dallas, a total of 149 units. The owner is looking for a long term candidate that wants to shape and nurture the properties.

• Manage all aspects of the community.
• Schedule and oversee contract vendors.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Collect rent, and handle late payments when necessary.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.

• 3-5 years in property management or a similar role.
• Understanding property management and its financial aspects.
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Customer service oriented.
• Resman, yardi, appfolio, and blue moon Experience.
