Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thu 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical-related support situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and location personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor screening processes, directing individuals to appropriate areas while following location protocols and reporting concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations, and assist with de‑escalation, escort requests, and other security-related support duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
