Within La MAS of La Maison du Sorbier des Oiseleurs, your missions will be:

• Create a trusting relationship with the accompanied residents

• Play a key role in therapeutic support and in improving the quality of life of residents

• Design and animate individual and collective therapeutic workshops: body mediation, cognitive stimulation, and activities adapted to the pathologies of residents

• Show involvement, listening, analysis, and creativity in the support of residents

• Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of personalized projects

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team

• Participate in the institutional life dynamics

• You hold the State Diploma of Psychomotrician (Level
  5)

• You are interested in the field of disability (and more particularly in the issue of mental disability and polyhandicap). You have good relational and listening skills and possess a sense of teamwork. You also have knowledge of safety rules and are able to report and transmit information to ensure the continuity of care and activities

• You have the sense of organization and the ability to work independently

You incorporate your practices in an ethical dimension in line with the recommendations of good professional practices, as well as in respect of the project of the establishment and with the concern to promote a culture of well-being and benevolence.

• Driving license B is a plus.
