Student Billing Clerk is responsible for all tasks related to Student Billing.

Requirements

Review & Processes; all financial aid and/or tuition waivers received from students.

Prepare & Processes;
All student refunds, stipends, and scholarship checks.

Prepare, Processes, and distribute all student billing invoices three (3) times a year (fall, spring, & summer).

Monitor & Maintain all Pell grant & scholarship funds.

Reconcile all student billing accounts, Pell Grant & Scholarship Funds.

Correspond with Students; respond to questions and concerns regarding student billing.

Maintain & Reports to the CFO any aged student billing accounts that need to be aged out of the system.

Maintain an accurate, organized and confidential filing system of all Student Billing.

Assist with annual Audit.

Any other duties as assigned by the CFO.
