Inside Sales – Kimball, SD

Sioux Nation Ag Center on location in Kimball, SD is looking for a customer service-oriented person to fill the full time Inside Sales position.

This person will be part of a small team of sales staff providing customer service and sales at the front counter and over the phone during business hours. Applicants should be personable and have the ability to prioritize customer service. Experience in the animal health industry with products, feed, nutrition and procedures is preferred. In addition, ideal candidates will be proficient with computers and various technology or be willing and able to learn.

General knowledge of the industry and locations a plus.

This is a Monday-Friday position working 40 hrs a week and includes benefits and competitive pay!

Duties include the following:

• Answer customer questions regarding products and services provided by Sioux Nation
• Load customer feed orders, including lifting bags and using the forklift.
• Track customer orders
• Daily sales reporting
• Daily inventory ordering
• Inventory counting and management of expired inventory.
• Manage and purchase office supplies.
• Print and mail monthly billing statements
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of store
