Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations to members in their own homes. You will engage with patients, review medical history, and perform assessments using a streamlined clinical workflow on an iPad.
Travel locally within licensed states is expected, and virtual visits are available as needed. MDs or DOs with active licenses and optional multi-state credentials will join a national network of clinicians.
