Municipal Utility Billing Specialist

The City of Milbank is seeking a Utility Clerk to join their Finance Department. This role requires handling utility billing and payment collections, while acting as the primary point of contact for the public. Key responsibilities include processing bills, managing payments, and assisting with accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and an understanding of basic accounting.

An Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent benefits will be provided.
