Financial Solutions Advisor (NFSA I)

We are looking for the next generation of Financial Solutions Advisors who are passionate about growing a long‑term career and have a drive to help our clients achieve their financial goals. Through a contact‑center environment, FSAs leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners to provide advice and solutions in investment, banking and lending.
Responsibilities- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to all of the solutions we provide, meeting virtually all of their financial needs.
- Build a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional client care with industry‑leading products, services and education.
- Conduct systematic consultative assessments to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regulatory due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Series7 and Series
66 licenses (or obtain Series
66 within 90 days if not currently held). - Comfortable in a sales role, nurturing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong collaborator, productive in team settings, and able to manage complexity and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Efficient time and capacity management, with an emphasis on thoroughness and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 0‑2 years of experience in financial services or a metrics‑based sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
- Experience assessing client needs, recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) – 40 hours per week.
Pay range: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities.
