Job Overview
The Life Services team helps beneficiaries make informed financial decisions when inheriting assets. As a National Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA), you will engage clients, deliver education on inheriting assets, and provide investment and savings solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end client experience, managing and providing financial advice to an assigned group of clients.
- Enhance client care, retention, and deepen client relationships.
- Handle client issues, research, and communicate resolution.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes.
- Triage client leads and recommend brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (or obtain Series 66 within 90 days if not currently held).
- 1‑2+ years financial advisory or investment experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with exceeded goals.
- Passion for excellence and willingness to exceed client expectations through effective and confident communication.
- Ability to conduct meaningful consultative conversations with clients to uncover needs and help them achieve multiple life priorities and goals.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline (or 1‑2 years relevant work experience).

Pay & IncentivesAnnualized salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 (based on experience, education, and skill set). Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan (monthly, quarterly, and/or annual).

Other RequirementsPosition subject to SAFE Act registration—employees must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
