Mortgage Loan Originator / Advisor, Loan Officer / Lending
Northwest Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business across an assigned geographic area. You will develop relationships with internal and external referral sources and guide applicants toward suitable loan options.
You will review applications, counsel borrowers, and work with teams to ensure compliance and timely processing, pricing, and rate locks. A strong understanding of FHA/VA/USDA products and pricing is required.
