Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person‑centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.
