Now hiring compassionate Caregivers in Jackson — multiple shifts available

Silver Lining Serenity Care LLC is growing in the Jackson area and seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in their own homes. We help families across Jackson, Spring Arbor, Grass Lake, Michigan Center, Napoleon, and nearby communities. If you have at least a year of caregiving experience and genuinely love working with the elderly — whether as a Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — we’d be glad to meet you.

Multiple shifts are open, so you can build a schedule that fits your life without a long commute.

What you’ll do:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and gentle exercise
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Offer companionship and genuine emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
• A caring, patient nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
