• Diverse role combining clinical pharmacy & community-based care
• Approximately 70% Retail & 30% Hospital Pharmacy
• Provide medication management & clinical support for long-term care residents & nursing home patients
• Average daily volume of 70-80 prescriptions, allowing for personalized, patient-centered care
• Work directly w/ physicians, nurses, & providers to optimize medication therapy & improve outcomes
• Practice at the top of your license w/ strong clinical involvement

• Partner directly w/ the Director of Pharmacy on strategic initiatives
• Help shape the department's growth & service expansion plans over the next several years
• Contribute to new patient care programs, operational improvements, & pharmacy innovation
