Key duties include:adhering to standard operating procedures, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and serving as a resource for healthcare personnel while collaborating across departments.
Qualifications:Associate's degree in Laboratory Science, current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) from an approved agency, or registry eligibility with successful certification within 12 months. North Dakota license or provisional license required if applicable. Continuing education credits and BLS certification may be necessary.
