Full Time Physical Therapist - Up to $112,000​/YR + $10K Sign On

Physical Therapist providing individualized care to patients with physical disabilities or injuries in a supportive outpatient setting. Contributes to mobility restoration, pain management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Works within a community-focused healthcare team in Huron, South Dakota.

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal physical therapy regulations

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
