At Precious Care ABA
, you’ll spend your time helping kids learn, grow, and gain life‑changing skills — all while building real, hands‑on experience in behavioral health, psychology, and education.

You’ll work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or in the community — turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and progress. No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands‑on role where every session is different.

The best part? You don’t need prior ABA experience. Our experienced BCBAs will train and mentor you so you feel confident and supported.

We’ll help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — and pay you along the way.

• Complete your 40‑hour RBT course
• Get hands‑on training + support from experienced BCBAs

This is real experience you can use for grad school or future careers in healthcare.

• Work one‑on‑one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build communication, social, and life skills
• Track progress like a pro — collect data, celebrate wins, and actually see your impact
• Work alongside families so the skills children learn in therapy carry into everyday life

• Students or grads in psychology, education, healthcare — or anyone who enjoys working with kids
• Reliable, patient, and energetic
• Experience with kids is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
• Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver’s license + reliable transportation)
