Kentucky River Community Care is seeking a Life Skills Coach/Transporter/Community Support Associate to support clients in Breathitt County. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with driving experience.
Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:00PM, regular full-time employment. Responsibilities include teaching community resource access, medication adherence, interpersonal and crisis coping skills, and ensuring documentation in the EMR within 24 hours of service delivery.
