Role Overview

Supports technical aspects of the application product lifecycle within a sub-product scope, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and improve processes. Responsible for translating business needs into detailed specifications, creating test cases, and ensuring quality delivery. Provides root cause analysis, risk management, and monitors market trends for insights. Builds organizational knowledge and mentors junior team members. Leverages AI tools like Google Gemini or Claude AI to enhance data analysis and automate documentation, increasing efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and develop solutions.
• Create and maintain requirements, business vision, and UI designs.
• Support testing, defect management, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

• Minimum 3 years in Information Systems or Technology.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Google Gemini preferred.
• Optional certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, AI Certification.

This role may involve occasional travel and can be performed remotely or in-office. The position emphasizes quality, compliance, and confidentiality standards, with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions and supporting organizational goals.
