Plant Manager

Pacific International has been retained by a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization to appoint a Plant Manager for one of their most critical, high-profile and growing sites. This facility is a large-scale operation (500+ employees) and plays a pivotal role in the organization’s overall performance and growth strategy.

This is a transformational leadership opportunity for a proven plant leader who can elevate an already strong operation into a best-in-class site.

This site is experiencing significant growth and investment, creating the need for a leader who can scale operations, drive performance, and build a high-performing culture. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, with a focus on:

• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Supporting capacity expansion and site growth
• Enhancing safety, quality, and delivery performance
• Developing leadership capability and bench strength across the site
• Partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

• Lead a large, complex manufacturing facility (500+ headcount) Deliver world-class performance across safety, quality, cost, and service
• Champion lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs
• Build and sustain a high-performance, engaged culture
• Lead change and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption at all levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams
• Drive long-term site strategy, including growth and adjacent operational opportunities

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic leader who brings:

• Strong background in continuous improvement / Lean / Six / Sigma
• Exceptional people leadership and culture-building capabilities
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced industrial environments
