• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or factory management roles.

  Ability to balance long-term improvement initiatives with day-to-day production needs and strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
