Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Growth & Retention to help build the systems, programs, and insights that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply manage campaigns.
It's a role for someone who wants to build.
Working directly with company leadership, you'll own key initiatives across lifecycle marketing, customer retention, subscriptions, audience development, segmentation, and customer analytics.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator. Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, diving into the data, testing ideas, and finding growth opportunities others overlook.
What You'll Own- Lifecycle marketing and retention strategy
- Customer segmentation and cohort analysis
- Subscription program development
- Loyalty and VIP initiatives
- Audience development and paid media collaboration
- Customer lifetime value growth
- Retention-focused reporting and analytics
- Think in systems, not campaigns
- Take ownership without waiting for direction
- Love solving problems and finding patterns in data
- Are equally comfortable in spreadsheets and strategy discussions
- Care deeply about the customer experience
- Bring ideas and solutions, not just observations
- DTC eCommerce experience
- Shopify ecosystem experience
- Deep Klaviyo expertise
- Retention and lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience with subscriptions, customer cohorts, and LTV analysis
