Position: Sr Customer Growth & Retention Manager

Help Build the Retention Engine Behind One of DTC's Most Passionate Food Brands

Are you the person who sees opportunities in customer data that everyone else misses?

Do you love figuring out why customers buy, what keeps them coming back, and how to turn a first purchase into a long-term relationship?

Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Growth & Retention to help build the systems, programs, and insights that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply manage campaigns.

It's a role for someone who wants to build.

Working directly with company leadership, you'll own key initiatives across lifecycle marketing, customer retention, subscriptions, audience development, segmentation, and customer analytics.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator. Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, diving into the data, testing ideas, and finding growth opportunities others overlook.

  • Shopify ecosystem experience
  • Deep Klaviyo expertise
  • Retention and lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience with subscriptions, customer cohorts, and LTV analysis
