Eastern Shawnee Staffing Services, in partnership with Indian Health Services (IHS), is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for an Outpatient Family Clinic contract opportunity at Pine Ridge Comprehensive Health Care Facility in South Dakota. Start Date: July / August
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift
Hours: 40 hours per week (typically 8-hour shifts)
Contract Length: Up to 1 year with extension options available
Experience
Required:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience, Family Practice or Outpatient
License: Can work of any active US Nursing License

- Provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient family clinic setting
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing nursing care
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient flow
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Document accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

RequirementsQualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state accepted)
- Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience (Clinic or outpatient experience preferred)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous IHS experience a plus
- Experience with EHR systems required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a federal security clearance
- Required immunizations must be up to date
