Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner responsible to provide primary and episodic patient care. The Certified Nurse Practitioner, CNP, or Physician's Assistant - Certified, PA-C, evaluates and treats patients for work-related injuries/illnesses, develops treatment plans, performs comprehensive physical examinations, counsels patients regarding condition and follow-up, and reviews, creates, and implements the occupational health program.
This position is located at our Urgent Care Clinic location at 7600 S Minnesota Avenue Sioux Falls, SD.
Shifts vary: 9‑hours and 12‑hours and working 72‑74 hours per two‑week period. Includes weekends and rotating holidays.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program required.
- Licensed in the State of South Dakota, or able to obtain SD license upon hire.
- BLS, ACLS certification preferred; can be obtained upon hire.
- Two plus years of urgent care, emergency, or family practice experience in recent years preferred.
