Mercyhealth is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit. The floor includes SCU/ICU with 25 beds and a 4/5 to 1 patient ratio depending on acuity; 24/7 hospitalist and ED physicians are in-house. Pay range is $34.45–$55.56 per hour with PRN/as-needed scheduling and variable shifts.
ADN is required at hire, BSN preferred, and licensure in the state of practice is mandatory. Certification requirements may include ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or NRP, depending on unit guidelines.
