Responsibilities

  • Prep and prepare food for customers.
  • Maintain stock in refrigerator and freezers and inventories in an orderly and clean manner.
  • Prepackage all food products and make sure that they conform to standards.
  • Cook and prepare food according to company specifications.
  • Change fryer grease on a regular basis and as needed.
  • Establish good working relations with servers.
  • Stock refrigerators and freezers during and for next shift.
  • Wash all utensils at end of shift and mop floors.
  • Clean grill and line area during and at end of shift.
  • Attend work on time and exhibit positive attitude.
  • All other duties as assigned.
