We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd Assistant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Huron, SD location. The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, assist in supervising staff, and help ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

• Assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Support and supervise team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling and training of staff as needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
