Field-based Sales Representative – Patient Care/Handling

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Acute Care products, including bed frames, patient room furniture, support surfaces, stretchers, and transport chairs. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders seamlessly. By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts, you’ll position Stryker’s products effectively in the marketplace and have the opportunity to exceed sales targets.

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care/Handling products to meet customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Care/Handling expert while working with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive, unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction and commit to on‑time, complete, and error‑free shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budget management, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree.

Base salary $60,000 and may be eligible for bonuses plus benefits.

Travel requirement: 50% travel. Work arrangements may be remote, field-based, onsite, or hybrid, as described in the role requirements.
