Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
  • Frame and structural knowledge—able to pull, straighten, and square vehicles.
  • No‑shortcuts mentality—blueprint and fix right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail—commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and quality.
  • Physically fit—able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team‑first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities
