Roustabout

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Oil and Gas Roustabout to join our team. The Roustabout will play a crucial role in supporting various operations in the oil and gas industry, performing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of rigs and facilities. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
· Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
· Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain relevant safety certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
· Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on well sites and production facilities.
· Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and generators.
· Support other divisions of DSI on joint projects.
· Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
· Help with the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
· Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
· Monitor and report any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Perform safety check and documentation for self and crews

Schedule:

- 40-60 hours per week, this is NOT a rotational position
