* What You’ll Do:

*** Welcome and check in guests, including at the Water Zone
* Handle cash and register transactions accurately
* Assist with retail sales and merchandise
* Answer guest questions about park activities, events, and amenities
* Help maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests
* Support team members during special events and programs
* Help with the Snack Shack
*

** Requirements:
*** Must be at least 16 years old
* Must already have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
* ** Customer Service Skills**:
Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service.
* ** Attention to Detail**:
Ability to accurately process reservations, payments, and reports.
* ** Communication**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
* ** Tech-Savvy**:
Comfortable using reservation and point-of-sale systems (training provided).
* ** Problem Solving**:
Quick thinker who can handle issues calmly and professionally.
* ** Schedule Flexibility**:
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.###

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in a hospitality, front desk, or customer service role is a plus.
* Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Campspot) and POS systems (e.g., lightspeed) is beneficial.
* Sales experience or ability to upsell is highly valued.
