Hours:
Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Welcome and check in guests, including at the Water Zone
- Handle cash and register transactions accurately
- Assist with retail sales and merchandise
- Answer guest questions about park activities, events, and amenities
- Help maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests
- Support team members during special events and programs
- Workin thesnack shack, assisting with food preparation and customer service.

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must already have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit

Skills:
Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service. - Attention to Detail:
Ability to accurately process reservations, payments, and reports. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using reservation and point-of-sale systems (training provided). - Problem Solving:
Quick thinker who can handle issues calmly and professionally. - Schedule Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, front desk, or customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Campspot) and POS systems (e.g., lightspeed) is beneficial.
- Sales experience or ability to upsell is highly valued.
- Must have a valid food handler’s permit or be willing to obtain one.
