• Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of events such as birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and themed celebrations.
• Greet event guests and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional experience.
• Serve food, manage activities, and supervise event-specific attractions as needed.
• Provide on-site support to the Event Coordinator and other staff to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after use.
• Address guest questions or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Have or are willing to obtain a Utah Food Handlers Permit.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be physically able to assist with event setup (e.g., moving tables, decorations).
