** Ability to Work in a Team and Independently** – Must be a team player who can collaborate with fellow staff while also taking initiative to run activities smoothly.

** Dependability and Flexibility** – Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts, as well as adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions.
