Join our Events Team and get paid to throw epic parties, lead hilarious activities, and spread fun like confetti. Your mission: make Yogi Bear proud by turning pool noodle sword fights, scavenger hunts, and craft time into legendary guest memories.

If you can keep your cool while wrangling glitter, karaoke enthusiasts, and toddlers hopped up on s’mores, we want you!

• Must be at least 15 years old – Required to meet employment guidelines for this role.
• Energetic and Engaging Personality – Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable leading activities for guests of all ages, especially children and families.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills – Ability to interact positively with guests, provide clear instructions for activities, and create a fun, welcoming environment.
• Ability to Work in a Team and Independently – Must be a team player who can collaborate with fellow staff while also taking initiative to run activities smoothly.
• Dependability and Flexibility – Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts, as well as adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions.
