We’re seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and making a positive impact every day. Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide the training, support, and encouragement you need to succeed.
What You’ll DoAs a caregiver, you’ll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes.
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Helping with mobility and safe transfers
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Documenting care using our easy-to-use Axis Care app
- Following safety and infection‑control procedures
- 18 years or older
- Dependable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
- Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
- Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
