Overview

Jellystone Park Zion is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! Housekeepers play an essential role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness of cabins, restrooms, and common areas. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a family-friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities Cabin & Accommodation Cleaning
  • Clean and prepare cabins for guest arrivals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities such as towels and toiletries.
  • Inspect accommodations for damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate team.
Restroom & Common Area Maintenance
  • Ensure all restrooms, comfort stations, and public areas are cleaned, sanitized, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Clean outdoor facilities, including picnic areas and grills, as needed.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners in all public spaces.
Laundry Duties
  • Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as required.
  • Maintain an organized and clean laundry room.
Guest Service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or special cleaning needs.
  • Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests while maintaining their privacy.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or park events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak season schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
