Immediately Hiring for Bilingual HR Specialist!
Qualifications- 2+ years HR, recruitment, or general administration experience
- Must be bilingual - Full proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Perform recruiting, safety, and HR functions
- Translate HR documents, handbooks, and safety notices, and facilitate meetings or employee onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish
- Mediate conflicts, answer benefit or payroll questions, and handle employee grievances with cultural swnsitivity
- Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm
- Friday: 8am-12pm
- Pay starts at $20-$21 DOE
