Litehouse is looking for a Help Desk Support I to join our team and serve as a trusted first point of contact for IT-related issues. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to employees across the company—troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues—with professionalism and a strong customer‑service mindset.

What You’ll Do- Provide technical support:
Deliver timely end‑user support through ticketing systems, phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in‑person. - Troubleshoot & Resolve:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system configuration issues across all devices. Partner with IT teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a positive, customer‑focused support experience. - Support Manufacturing Operations:
Provide on‑site and remote technical support for manufacturing environments to ensure production uptime. - Manage Tickets & SLAs:
Monitor service desk tickets, perform initial triage, escalations as needed, and meet established service level agreements. - Support employee onboarding:
Set up computers and mobile devices, grant system access, and provide basic technology training for new employees. - Install & maintain systems:
Perform hardware maintenance, lifecycle refreshes, software installations, updates, and patching in compliance with standards. - Document & follow best practices:
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, assets, and procedures while following IT and security standards.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferred.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A+ Certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with non‑technical users.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
