Shift: 223D (6pm-6am)
Additional Pay: D Shift is $3/hr

Litehouse Foods is seeking a full-time Team Leader to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you'll lead your crew to success by improving performance across safety, quality, training, and production-while supporting our mission of community, ownership, and excellence.
Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago. Since that time, we have become the leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these delicious products at our four U.S. facilities based in Michigan, Utah, Virginia, and Idaho. Litehouse offers its diverse portfolio of products through general retail, e-commerce, food service, deli, member stores, and value-added goods where Litehouse products are featured in meal and salad kits.

- Facilitate strong communication between shifts and departments
- Oversee and verify production records (HACCP, sanitation checklists, etc.)
- Lead setups, changeovers, and ensure production runs within operating standards
- Conduct root cause analyses for issues and help implement solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely coaching on errors
- Promote a positive, supportive training experience for new hires
- Perform other duties as needed to support the department
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting
