This full-time role offers 40 scheduled hours weekly with a 3–4 day pattern and clinic hours 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday, plus a shared on-call every 7th week for 7 days. Candidates must hold Utah license, board certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA.
