What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts by managing hospitality, scheduling, and service standards with enthusiasm and efficiency
• Create a positive and unified workplace culture by supporting team members and pitching in where needed
• Master both front of house and back of house operations through cross-training with an emphasis on running kitchens and food quality
• Handle administrative tasks such as facilities inspections, food permit organization, and product rotation
• Work closely with the Owner and General Manager to contribute to the location’s success

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver’s in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers® and Frozen Custard.
