As a front of house team member in our Culver's you will be in charge of delighting our guests with quality food compared in a consistent fashion. We are looking for someone who is a team player, follows instructions well, and can maintain a positive attitude and passion for the job. In addition to cooking prowess, great communication and organizational skills are paramount.

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized work station.
• Preparing and maintaining food preparation equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Delivering and presenting food with a quick pace and a smile!
• Taking orders, cleaning and stocking, and preparing desserts.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a Butter Burger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.
