VIVA Chicken Brand Ambassador Position Title Brand Ambassador Reports To General Manager Position Summary At VIVA Chicken we believe great food brings people together The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of the brand within the communities we serve strengthening local connections through relationship building catering sales growth and community engagement This role connects VIVA Chicken with businesses schools healthcare organizations nonprofits and community groups while promoting our culture of hospitality service and authentic Peruvian inspired cuisine By creating meaningful partnerships and memorable experiences the Brand Ambassador helps drive brand awareness customer loyalty and business growth
Key Responsibilities- Catering Sales & Business Development Generate catering leads through networking outreach and community engagement
Visit local businesses schools medical offices and community organizations to build relationships and identify opportunities
Coordinate sample drop offs tastings and follow up meetings
Partner with restaurant teams to ensure exceptional catering execution and customer satisfaction - Community Engagement & Brand Growth Represent VIVA Chicken at community events networking functions chamber meetings and local gatherings
Develop partnerships with schools nonprofits and other community organizations
Execute grassroots marketing efforts that increase visibility and strengthen community connections
- Experience in catering sales community relations restaurant marketing or hospitality preferred
Strong communication networking and relationship building skills
