Position: Rider Support Hurricane Full Time Mechanic

Rider Support is a key role responsible for demonstrating advanced technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various bicycle issues, while effectively communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met. They will have the ability to work efficiently to provide quick turnaround on all repairs and maintenance services.

Five Primary Obsessions:
  • Technical Expertise: A strong passion for developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge of bikes, including various makes, models, and components. Obsess over understanding the intricacies of bike mechanics, repair techniques, and troubleshooting to diagnose the issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail:
    An obsession with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on every aspect of bike maintenance and repair. Have a keen eye for identifying even the smallest problems, ensuring that each bike they work on is in optimal condition and safe for use.
  • Quality Craftsmanship: A dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship in every repair and service. Take pride in the ability to execute repairs with precision, ensuring that each bike is repaired to its best performance and reliability.
  • Problem Solving:
    An obsession with problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to complex mechanical issues. Enjoy the challenge of diagnosing and resolving problems, using technical knowledge and experience to overcome obstacles and provide effective solutions.
