Construction Foreman / Site Leader – Hurricane, WV

United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Leader for a growing construction company based in Hurricane, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter or contractor looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values leadership, craftsmanship, and professionalism. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an individual with extensive residential and commercial construction experience who can lead a crew, oversee job sites, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise construction crews on residential and commercial remodeling projects
• Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Perform hands-on carpentry and construction work while leading by example
• Read blueprints and communicate project expectations to crew members
• Assign daily tasks and monitor quality of work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Complete project documentation, including delivery receipts, inventory logs, and daily job reports
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and management
• Troubleshoot job site issues and make sound decisions to keep projects moving
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites
• Perform other construction and leadership duties as assigned

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until the job is completed)
• Starting at $20.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential and/or commercial construction experience
• Strong background in carpentry, remodeling, or general contracting
• Previous experience leading a crew, supervising projects, or serving as a foreman
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple team members
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Kanawha and Putnam Counties
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Clean criminal history required
