ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager supports  the General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperations of the store.

This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliance while deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results

Maintain brand standard sin visual merchandising

Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees

Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Assistthe General Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business

Maintain strictconfidentialityandcompliance

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/or training orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus

Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience

Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees

Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentiality and discretion

Able to communicate in conversational Englishtowork effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer,scanner, printer,etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices

Provenabilitytoanalyzedataanddrawappropriateconclusionstoinformpolicies and procedures

Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely
