Sales Counselor

• Estimated first‑year earnings range: $40,000 - $60,000
• Uncapped commission and earnings.
• Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
• Sales role selling pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement available for offsite appointments and community events.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
