We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure a smooth experience for our customers from initial inquiry through project completion. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate all sales activities, acting as the liaison between sales staff, project managers, customers, and internal departments.

Prepare, manage, and maintain all sales documentation including proposals, contracts, financing paperwork, permits, and job files.

Support project managers by ensuring they have accurate information, materials, and schedules to successfully execute projects.

Step in to manage or close sales when needed, including assisting customers with financing and finalizing details.

Maintain clear communication, track sales progress, and keep internal systems up to date to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or administrative support roles

Familiarity with construction, HVAC, electrical, or home services industries

Confidence communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Experience assisting with financing programs or customer payment solutions

Ability to manage multiple priorities without things slipping through the cracks
